Appearing on some highlights, badges in NHL Breakaway signal something significant related to the content of the highlight and overall context within the NHL Breakaway collection.

Following is a reference guide for badges you might find on NHL Breakaway.

Breakaway Debut

This badge is reserved for the first highlight ever minted on the blockchain for the featured primary player.

Multi Highlight

This badge is reserved for highlights that feature more than one unique play.

Series Debut

This badge is reserved for the first highlight minted for the featured primary player in the series.

Trophy Year

This badge is reserved for highlights from a season the primary player won a trophy or award.

Career Milestone

This badge is reserved for highlights that feature the primary player achieving a career milestone.

Record Breaker

This badge is reserved for highlights that feature the primary player breaking a seasonal, or career record.

Rookie Status

This badge is reserved for highlights from a season the primary player was considered a rookie based on NHL rules.

Seasonal Milestone

This badge is reserved for highlights that feature the primary player achieving a seasonal milestone.

Collector Badge

This badge is reserved for highlights that were created based on collectors completing a Series Set, or Breakaway Collection Quest.

Signature Quest Badge

This badge features a variant per Signature Quest, and serves as a unique identifier for each Signature Highlight to chronicle when it was first crafted. The roman numeral in the badge associated with the highlight corresponds to the quest round when the highlight was first crafted (e.g. l, ll,V, X) starting with Signature Quest l.

Curator Badge

This badge is reserved for highlights that are crafted by NHL Breakaway collectors.
